There are times in our lives when we feel unable to cope or to connect. Issues relating to sexuality, relationships, addictions, stress, self esteem and identity are just some of the reasons why we may feel disconnected or fragile.
SW11 Counselling is a service for individuals and couples in need of support. Located in South London, SW11 Counselling is a therapeutic service for those seeking to address certain issues in their lives guided by a qualified professional.
The aim is to empower all clients, to restore balance, trust and achieve clarity.
Counselling and Psychotherapy assists clients towards openness and provides a forum to talk about certain processes that may hinder their path to recovery.
I work with people from all walks of life and backgrounds, coming to me with a diverse range of problems. As a fully-qualified psychotherapist, I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, and abide by their code of ethics.

As a dedicated psychotherapist, counselling tutor, and clinical supervisor, I bring a wealth of experience and a holistic approach to mental health and professional development. My psychotherapy practice focuses on creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, facilitating personal growth and healing.
In my role as a counselling tutor, I am passionate about educating and mentoring the next generation of therapists. I provide comprehensive training that emphasises both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, empowering students to build their own therapeutic styles and effectively support their clients.

Understandably, making the decision to have therapy can be a daunting one. The sheer idea of talking candidly to a stranger can be really scary and may fuel anxieties. Therefore, before making a commitment an initial assessment is essential. In short, this process is one of expression, exploration and assessment.
At SW11 Counselling Antoinette strives to create a safe and confidential environment which enables clients to feel comfortable to address issues affecting their well-being.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about how I work, or to arrange an initial appointment. This enables us to discuss the reasons you are thinking of coming to therapy, whether it could be helpful for you and whether I am the right therapist to help.
You can also call me on 07747 659375 if you would prefer to leave a message or speak to me first. I am happy to discuss any queries or questions you may have prior to arranging an initial appointment.
All contact is strictly confidential.
